Community Guidelines

Barra Networks runs on trust and commitment. These guidelines apply to the feed, comments, messages, the buddy system, and in-person meetups.

What we expect

  • Respect the space — everyone here has earned their place
  • Give before you take — business may happen, but as a result of real trust, never as the goal of a meeting
  • Show up regularly — this isn't a platform for passive consumption
  • Be honest — we prefer uncomfortable truths over polite lies
  • Keep it confidential — what's shared here, stays here

What we don't tolerate

  • Actively selling, pitching coaching, or treating members as a sales target
  • Pure self-promotion or unsolicited sales/marketing outreach
  • Disrespectful, discriminatory, or demeaning communication
  • Sharing private buddy or message content without consent
  • Repeatedly, unexcused no-shows for confirmed events

Violations may be moderated by Hub Leads or admins — anything from a friendly reminder to removal from the community. You can flag content for review at any time via the "Report" function.
